"The Autocanon de 75mm can be just as effective against light and medium tanks (Anti-tank 8) as it is against aircraft."

The Autocanon de 75mm predated even the First World War, designed in 1913. It consisted of a 75mm mle 1913/34 gun mounted on the chassis of a De Dion Bouton truck. The fire control system on the 75mm mle 1913 gun was updated in 1934 but despite their age, they had been well maintained in the army depots during the interwar years.

When thrown into action against the Germans in the summer of 1940, the Autocanon de 75mm performed admirably on the battlefield both as an anti-aircraft gun and an improvised anti-tank weapon.

"The Autocanon de 75mm has been rated as having an Awkward Layout. This means that the 75mm mle 1913/34 gun cannot be fired in the Shooting Step if the vehicle moved during the Movement Step. Therefore you need to think one step ahead of your opponent and position these vehicles where they need to be in order for them to be effective."

"The Autocanon de 75mm is rated as Overloaded so it becomes Bogged Down on a die roll of 1 or 2 when trying to cross Difficult Going. Remember this if you are considering deploying them in the likes of a forest before the start of a game."

"The Autocanon de 75mm is fitted with Stabilser Jacks in order to stop the vehicle from tipping over from the shock of the recoil when the gun was fired; it also has a gun shield to protect the crew while in action. If an Autocanon de 75mm did not move in its previous turn it is protected by its gun shield and counts as having Bulletproof Cover against all shots coming from in front of the line of the gun shield in the enemy turn."

"The Autocanon de 75mm is rated as a Slow. A slow wheeled can still move 16"/40cm on Roads, but their movement drops to 6"/15cm when moving Cross Country and 12"/30cm At the Double."

"When shooting at aircraft, the 75mm mle 1913/34 gun is rated as a Heavy Anti-aircraft gun. A gun with this rating rolls ony one die regardless of ROF when shooting at aircraft."
