Assembling The Italian 88mm Anti-Tank Battery (IBX13)
Step 1.
Begin assembly of the 8.8cm Heavy AA gun by attaching the outrigging arms to the central cruciform.
Below:
The completed cruciform mount.
Step 2.
Next, attach the barrel rest to the central cruciform.
Step 3.
Join the two halves of the gun mount together
sandwiching
the 8.8cm barrel assembly between them.
Step 4.
Complete assembly of the 8.8cm Heavy AA gun by attaching the gun assembly to the cruciform mount
.
Step 5.
The 8.8cm Heavy AA gun is based on a large six-hole base.
Step 6.
Use the base plugs to fill any holes on the bases that aren't required.
Step 9.
Position the gunner on his seat and remaining crew on the base before adding the gun assembly to the base.
