21. Panzerdivision in Normandy with Tom Wise. This week sees a reappearance of the 21. Panzerdivision, this time however in Normandy during the fighting for Caen between June and August 1944. Panzer Platoon

These are the newer Panzer IV H with plastic schürzen. I added this picture to show how I used part of the sprue to reinforce the schürzen. The schürzen is pretty flimsy and flexes quite a bit during normal handling. I also apply primer to the model before I glue the hangers on, the primer helps the glue to bond faster without using kicker. Battlefront’s newer models are moving more to being models then miniatures, which requires more time to prep and assemble as compared to there older figures. The new models are more detailed and nice then the older line, just takes more time to prep and assemble.
