Tournois des Leopards 2025 By Marc Dodinot The second Leopards tournament took place on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 March at the Salle Lucie Aubrac in Floirac, near Bordeaux (France). The tournament was organised alongside a WH40K tournament, as well as various demonstrations involving a total of some sixty participants.

As in the previous year, players competed in four games spread over two days. Unlike last year, only five scenarios were available. The first two scenarios on Saturday and the first on Sunday were drawn by the organisers, and the last scenario on Sunday had to be Annihilation. The number of points per army for this edition of the tournament was set at 120 points with 48 points in reserve using Dynamic points. Each player had the option of bringing two separate armies from opposite camps to avoid Blue on Blue situations. To make better use of the armies, the size of the tables has been increased to 2 m x 2.2 m. With 8 players present on Saturday morning, we got the ball rolling. The missions for the first day were 'Scout Out' for the first part and 'Cornered' for the second.

From day one, the games were fierce, but always in a relaxed atmosphere. After the first day, the scores were evenly balanced, but the top three were within a whisker of each other. As with last year's event, all the participants got together for an aperitif and a shared dinner of local food and wine.The second day of the tournament promised to be open and full of twists and turns.On Sunday, the first part was Dog Fight and the last part was Annihilation. Once again, the clashes were violent and brutal, but always in good humour.
