Week Three:
Joe Krone
This was a very busy week for me. I was away over the weekend participating in an American Revolution re-enactment so not a lot of hobbying was performed over those two days. I did manage to stay on target and get my tanks dry brushed and finished off my universal carriers.

I even performed a little extra work and started painting my half-track passengers and some of the Sexton crews. All said and done I ended spending about 10 hours this week hobbying during my lunches and in the evening so I am pretty happy with my progress.

Let’s take a look at the scoreboard and see where we are sitting:
Total Cost:
$632.96
Total Hours to date:
30 hours of hobby and 0 hours of games played with army
Value to date:
$21.10/hour.

My goal for next week is going to be simple as I will be preparing to travel for work. I would like to have all my half-track passengers, Sexton crews, Sexton command teams, and Sexton staff team in some stage of painting but I would prefer them to be done. I would also like to have the two Sherman OP tanks fully painted for my Sexton platoon.

I am getting to the point where I want to start playing some games with my new army but I would like to field everything fully painted. So my extended game plan is to get my HQ and Combat Platoons fully painted so I can start practicing for our big game at Historicon. Until next week and happy gaming.
