6th Annual Toys For Tots Toy Drive
We are pleased to announce the 2023 Toys for Tots Toy Drive.
Every year, The Marine Toys for Tots program sets out on a mission to bring the joy of Christmas and send the message of hope to America's less fortunate children. We are proud to once again support this worthy cause.
As in past years, Battlefront and Battle Rankings will hold a competition, in which stores will host a 1-day tournament, mega-battle or campaign with all participants going into a prize drawing. Full details below

Helping Children and Winning Prizes
To qualify, participating shops will hold a 1-day tournament, mega-battle, or campaign for one (or more) Battlefront games. Stores can choose from Flames of War (v4), World War III: Team Yankee, World of Tanks Miniatures Game, 'Nam, Fate Of A Nation or Great War.
The lists of all participants in these tournaments must be submitted to Battlefront. Battlefront will draw from these names the winners of participation prizes. These winners will be posted on Battlefront Miniature’s social media sites on Wednesday 12/13/2023.
Event deadlines:
- Stores register with their Battlefront sales representative by 11/10/2023
- Play the event by 12/10/2023 (That gives you a month to run your event.)
- Submit player lists to Battlefront by 12/11/2023. Include a picture of all the toys collected at your event.
- Submit any tournament results to Battle Rankings by 12/12/2023.
- Battlefront conducts the prize draw on 12/12/2023.
Entry Fee
Players provide a new toy (value $15 or more), store will take to their local Toys for Tots™ drop-off point or local children’s charity after the tournament. Being a toy drive event, stores are encouraged to come up with ideas to get additional toy donations.

Prizes
Prizes are for participation. You do not have to win; you simply have to play. Everyone has an equal chance to win. Prizes (provided by Battlefront) are:
- 1 Grand Prize – your height in boxes (laid flat, minimum height 5’8”), chosen from in-store (on hand) stock. If an item is out of stock at the store all effort will be made to fill the request from the Battlefront warehouse. If the item is out of stock at both locations a new choice needs to be made.
- 5 Individual Armies – each winner will be able to pick 150 points from the army of their choice (up to $500 retail value), chosen from in-store (on hand) stock. If an item is out of stock at the store all effort will be made to fill the request from the Battlefront warehouse. If the item is out of stock at both locations a new choice needs to be made.
- A number of Random Prizes (based on total player participation), chosen from in-store (on hand) stock. If an item is out of stock at the store all effort will be made to fill the request from the Battlefront warehouse. If the item is out of stock at both locations a new choice needs to be made.
- Stores will receive the MSRP value of these products as a credit, less their discount, to their account.

Store Benefits
Besides giving back to your local community, Battlefront will list all qualifying participating shops on its social media and on its home page. If the grand prize winner is drawn from your shop, you will receive product equal to $300 (MSRP) as a credit, less your discount, to your account. If one of the army winners is drawn from your shop, you will receive product equal to $100 credit (MSRP) as a credit, less your discount, to your account. And the shop with the most toys collected will receive product equal to $250 (MSRP) as a credit, less your discount, to your account.
It is up to each individual shop to promote the event(s) in their shop and arrange to transport the collected toys to an official Toys for Tots drop-off location. Feel free to coordinate activities with other shops in the area. Maybe your shop is keen to do a Team Yankee event but one down the road is better at Flames of War – trade customers for a day. Remember, we are doing this for the kids! In addition to helping children in need have a great Christmas, your players have the opportunity to win a number of prizes (names drawn at random) just for participating.

Toys for Tots is a program run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve that distributes toys to children whose parents cannot afford to buy them gifts for Christmas. The program was founded in 1947 by reservist Major Bill Hendricks. |

Rules and Restrictions
Employees of the Battlefront and other companies / agencies / organizations associated with the promotion of the Contest, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Event organizers who are not paid store employees/owners are eligible to win prizes if they donate a toy(s). |
