Europe With the UK exit from the EU, we now sell at a tax exclusive price for European customers ordering on our Euro site. You will note that our online prices are now clearly marked as tax reduced prices for all Euro currency markets. Shipping to Europe will be with either Royal Mail or a Courier and will be shipped as a DAP (Delivered At Place) consignment. As a DAP shipment, the customer is responsible to pay for any Duty, Taxes and Import Fees. Fortunately, under the Brexit agreement, no duty is generally applicable to our products. This does mean that when a shipment arrives in your country that the local office might ask for you to pay the local taxes that in the past were included in the retail price and now are not.

Free Shipping We will continue to offer free shipping in North America & Europe all orders over the following values. UK Europe USA Canada £75 €85 US $120 US $120

Rest of the World We are still able to ship to the Rest of the World and the shipping rate will be calculated at 40% of the order value or $10.00USD whichever is greater. This will be applied to the order at checkout. If the order can ship for less than this amount and above $10 we will credit you the difference. The shipping charge will not go above this amount unless exceptional items are in the cart

Pre-orders For all advance order for a future releasee that has been placed these changes will apply. All customers will be contacted to confirm the details before any order is shipped. Updating the orders to the new pricing structure for any Euro order will be part of the process to avoid the additional taxes when it arrives in country.

Back-orders Our goal is to ship all orders 100% full. In the event this is not possible and some of the order will take longer to fill customer service will be in touch to confirm if you would like the order to wait for all the items or if we remove the delayed item from the order. Given the delays of stock movement around the world this will continue to be an issue for the foreseeable future so we will keep people informed about the status of all incoming stock.

Exceptional Items A small number of products such as some of our Battlefield in a Box range, gaming mats, and figure cases are excluded from our free shipping offer. Shipping charges for these items will be shown at a specific rate. We will identify any item in the webstore that this applies to going forward.

PO Boxes We do not ship to PO box addresses.
