Step 1. Begin assembly of the Stuart by attaching the right-hand side track to the hull section.

Step 2. Next, attach the left-hand side track to the hull section.

Step3 . Now place the rear hull section on the tank hull Below:  The rear hull plate in place
Step 4. Next, attach the upper hull to the main hull section.

Step 5. Attach the Machine gun and spare wheel to the front plate .

Below. The machine gun and spare wheel in place on the main hull. Step 6. With the finished front plate not attach it to the front of the main hull of the stuart.

Below: The main hull of the Stuart (37mm) is now finished. Step 7. We will now start building the turret. Attach the mounted machine gun to the turret hull. Note that right side machine gun is what was used in Normandy.

Below: The machine gun in place on the turret. Step 7. Now place the hatch on the turret in the location shown.

Step 8. Next attach the armour plating to the other side of the turret hull. Step 9.  Next place the upper hull of the Stuart onto the lower hull piece.

Step 9. Next glue the 37mm gun on the mantlet. There is a slot on the front of the turret and back of the gun to help guide you. Below:  The turret is now complete and ready to placed on the tank. Simply place a peg underneath and place on the main hull. Below: A fully assembled Stuart (37mm).
