15cm Bison Infantry Gun Platoon (GBX186)
includes two Bison (15cm) self propelled guns and two Unit Cards.

The Bison used an enlarged Panzer II chassis to allow the heavy 15cm infantry gun to keep up with the infantry in attacks. Using a larger chassis and a less powerful gun than the 15cm (Sf ) Lorraine Schlepper, it was able to fight a mobile battle, making it more effective in an assault role. The Bison batteries were attached to infantry regiments to give them heavy close-support.
