Tom's army was built under V3 so the points and organisations may have changed, but is no less impressive in it's size or quality!
A friend and I recently played a Mid-war game of Flames Of War using Recon forces and as I was trying to locate the figures to use for the game I realised that I needed to tidy up the mess my collection had become. I hadn't labelled the any of the units that well and couldn't figure out who went with what. So I laid out each unit again, trying to figure out how to put everything together again. When I was done, I had twelve Kfz 70 trucks, two Kfz 15 field cars, a Radio Truck and two motorcycles that didn't have a home. So while I had everything out, I decided to update the pictures some five years after painting the force.
If I did this army again I wouldn't paint the vehicles the same way. I had highlighted them, but when I applied the matt varnish to them the highlighting disappeared. What I should do when I have time is go back over the vehicles re-highlighting.
