Fallschirmjäger Gaming Set (TD026) The Fallschirmjäger are the elite infantry of the German Luftwaffe, dropping from the sky to seize the Eben-Emael Fort and the island of Crete. Despite fewer parachute drops after Crete, the Fallschirmjäger still find themselves in the thick of the action on all fronts. Even though they were repeatedly bombed by the Allies during their stubborn defence of the Monastery of Monte Cassino in Italy, they held on long past the Allies’ expectations. “No other troops in the world but German paratroops could have stood up to such an ordeal and then gone on fighting with such ferocity.” ~ Field Marshal Alexander.

The set comes with 21 full-colour tokens, including: 1x Ranged In, 4x Gone to Ground, 4x Dug In, 4x Pinned Down, 4x Bogged Down, and 4x Bailed Out markers.  It also comes with 16 full-colour themed dice. Like with all our new Gaming Sets we have taken the opportunity to move the division symbol so it is now on the side of the six (rather than the one as with our older dice).
