Casey's T-34 Panzerkompanie
Casey's T-34 Panzerkompanie
with Casey Davies
Following J.C Von Winterbach’s wonderful articles on Beutepanzers over the last few weeks I thought I’d post up my attempt at a T-34 Panzerkompanie that I recently finished.

When I first started working at Battlefront years ago and got into Flames Of War, I decided that I wanted to do a ‘Das Reich’ T-34 Panzerkompanie for Kursk. After many years and many false starts, I finally got around to giving it a proper go last year.
I rummaged around and found a couple of spare boxes of T-34’s that I had earmarked for some Soviet project or another, and appropriated them for the German cause. I should have possibly gone and got some new ones without the fuel drums on the side, but decided to go with the ones from the box anyway. The rest of the bits were leftovers from various German projects I had on the go.
Conveniently, 10 T-34’s come out to exactly 1500 points, so is great for Pick-up games. I’m planning to mix things up a bit and take it to Equinox 2011 for its first test run.
